It was just after completing my BFA from Massachusetts College of Art in 1994 that I found my primary mediums – Dream and the dream-body. 
I went on to become an IPSB College trained Holistic Health Practitioner and a California State Certified Massage Therapist. During my thirty years working as a somatic educator I have taught somatic based dreamwork, psychology, movement and bodywork through both private practice and as a primary instructor at the IPSB Holistic Health College in San Diego, California. I’ve also taught somatic movement as a core member of the Lower Left Performance Collective and as a founding member of Authentic Movement San Diego and the Head On/Off Performance Collective.
My current focus is supporting people to discover the many significant meanings and creative life resources living within their nightly dreams. The Embodied Dreamwork that I teach is an organic synthesis of a wide range of classical and contemporary dreamwork approaches as well as thirty years of personal dreamwork practice and professional work as a somatic dreamwork, movement and bodywork educator. I currently offer Embodied Dreamwork Mentoring Sessions to individuals and small groups live online through Zoom.
