During your Embodied Dreamwork Mentoring Session you are supported to engage directly with a dream that you bring to the session to explore. You discover for yourself, through your own personal associations and body-based experiences, what meanings, insights and resources your dream has to share. You can also explore how your dream based wisdom can support your current waking life.
Following your own interest and pacing, Embodied Dreamwork Mentoring Sessions also support you to learn the fundamentals of Embodied Dreamwork. Over time you can gather all the skills, tools and techniques needed to maintain your own independent Embodied Dreamwork practice.
The Embodied Dreamwork that Jessica teaches is an organic synthesis of a wide range of classical and contemporary dreamwork approaches as well as twenty-eight years of personal dreamwork practice and professional work as a somatic dreamwork, movement and bodywork educator. Jessica’s Embodied Dreamwork Mentoring Sessions support both those who are new to working with their dreams and also experienced dreamworkers interested in deepening their relationship to their dreams through the direct engagement that Embodied Dreamwork fosters.
