After receiving a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art in 1994, Jessica’s focus on creatively cultivating authentic presence continued to evolve through her work with dreams and the dream-body. 
Jessica went on to become an IPSB College trained Holistic Health Practitioner and a California State Certified Massage Therapist and to teach somatic based dreamwork, psychology, movement and bodywork through both private practice and as a primary instructor at the IPSB Holistic Health College in San Diego, California. Jessica has also taught somatic movement as a core member of the Lower Left Performance Collective and as a founding member of Authentic Movement San Diego and the Head On/Off Performance Collective.
Jessica currently offers online Embodied Dreamwork Mentoring Sessions and also in-person Structural Integration bodywork sessions in and around Encinitas California.
